  • Digestion as the exhalation, pause and inhalation while twisting and stretching yourself is always good for your digestive system
  • Blood pressure which through this exercise can be kept at a constant level avoiding fluctuations
  • Sinus issues. Breathing through this exercise helps to ease the pain in the sinus areas and helps to boost immunity
  • Stress can be relieved helping the mind ease from depression, fatigue, uneasiness and irritation
