You will find Tulsi blended with many other herbs throughout the ORGANIC INDIA range of Tulsi Teas. The combination of carefully chosen herbs makes many of the overall tea formulations tridoshic in their effect. For example, a herbal infusion that contains many warming herbs and some cooling herbs will give you the benefits of the warmth, such as digestive support, but without being overly heating to Pitta dosha, it is therefore balanced in its effect: i.e. tridoshic.

Drinking Tulsi Tea can have so many benefits. If you are unsure if Tulsi is right for you, we recommend introducing one cup daily and then gradually increasing to find the quantity that supports you best.
